High volume forklift and/or crane attachment for handling up to 4 drums at one time (6 drum and 8 drum models also available). Automatic and mechanical operation. No hydraulic or electrical connections necessary. Unit slides directly onto forks of any forklift or stacker and handles a complete range of steel, plastic, and fiber drums. Secures to forklift with safety chain and gravity fed knurl wheel restraint system included with unit. Parrot-Beak® clamps handle any group of four drums so long as drums are within 1.5" inches of each other in height. Drums can be up to 4" inches apart in a group and still all be engaged in one up/down motion. Long and Short frame models available (long frame will handle 1, 2, 3, or 4 drums; short frame will only handle 4 drums at one time). Recommended for high volume production and warehouse facilities handling large numbers of unit loads and/or traveling over long distances with drum cargo. Ideal for high density storage facilities and/or applications moving drums in unit load to and from pallet positions on a regular basis.
